We firmly believe that business success is a source of happiness. In our experience, a successful turnaround can bring this happiness back to a company.

Several years of experience on operative turnaround management in the industrial sector (at E.F. Grossnigg Finanzberatung, Austro Holding and ExxonMobil among others). After his studies at Stanford GSB, he founded Kurtz Management & Advisory GmbH, focusing on restructuring and corporate finance.

Manuela Nagel

Senior Consultant

Several years of experience as Controlling Director at an industrial firm. The focus of her role was financial, personnel and production controlling as well as close cooperating with management as part of the restructuring.
